This is an incredibly robust controller. I play a number of games that demand a lot from the player in terms of inputs and stick usage and this controller has held up surprisingly well over the many months I've had it now. It's kept better then other, more expensive controllers. The feel and wight of this controller is night perfect, it has just the right amount of weight to feel satisfying but not too heavy that it feels uncomfortable. I do wish the shoulder buttons were a little less sensitive as they seem to register an input on the slightest press rather than any real depression. This might be a good thing for some people but since I'm hoovering over the triggers a lot I'm more prone to accidental presses. The face buttons are also a little too close for my personal tastes but that's something with all xbox-like modern controllers. Highly recommend this controller.

It's an awesome alternative to the standard Xbox controllers, especially price wise. Setup was instant, you don't need any of the third party programs listed to get it to work either. Feels very sturdy, doesn't feel cheaply made and even feels more sturdy than normal Xbox controllers. I've been told that it's immune to stick drift as well, but this will be a wait and see. I will change the review at a later date if I do get it but the sticks do feel different compared to other controllers. The only issues I have with it is that the extra buttons can't be used as actual extra buttons as no game seems to recognize R4/L4, they can only be used as another button that's already on a standard Xbox controller which I was a little disappointed about as it was one of the reasons why I bought it.

Okay so second review, love the controller no iff`s or buts my sone loves mapping out the different controls for different games and the extra under buttons as well, its very fast and reactive compared to standard controllers which I like, I would love more options to change faceplate as its removable but sure it will come with time, Now I did have initial issues with a fault and the palaver of getting replaced but they have actually been pretty supportive towards the end when they realised I wasn't pulling a fast one, unfortunately there are those that do that, I even gave wrong address for new controller and they have agreed to send out another which not many companies would do to be fair, Feedback for sellers would be more selection on new faceplates, and instructions when doing support emails but thats it over all decent experience.

xbox s wireless controller got stick drift after only a few months of use. Lots of research later I got this GameSir G7 SE wired controller whilst the og was in for replacement. After a few weeks using it I can say that it performs flawlessly, with zero drift or dropout - just perfect gaming. Having a spare controller is a good plan as one of them is always likely to go at some point but I was shocked at the xBox one conking out so soon. The only minor negative is a slight difference in the placement of the small option buttons (centre top) which is further north than on the original controller but I have now recalibrated my head for this and it's fine. The controller also has a port for headphones (I prefer to use the port in my monitor). The sticks are coated with decent grippy stuff that does not seem to get greasy with extended use. The USB-C cable is a good length and feels really well-made and strong and it has a secure connection at both ends. Yes, I'd recommend this controller.

Controller is actually unreal for its price. It’s better than the Elite series 2 which I’ve had multiple of over the years. I play R6 siege mainly and it helped improve my aim and movement by a good 80% it’s very light and clicky and just overall comfortable in the hand. Would definitely buy again!

Really mixed feelings about the GameSir G7 SE. It looks and feels great. Love the hall effect joysticks and triggers, but after about 3 months the included USB lead malfunctioned and almost set fire to my desk... I'm still not sure how it happened but windows kept displaying "usb device not recognised" popups, then I smelt burning and realised my lead was melting. If I hadn't been in the room I hate to think what would have happened. I contacted Amazon and they told me to contact GameSir directly via email. Gamesir replied very quickly at first, but now there's radio silence. Their last email didn't make any sense and appeared to be written by a bot "Dear, you can get replacement". No further instructions, and no further replies to my subsequent emails. I'm hoping they haven't just abandoned my warranty request. I'll keep emailing them to get answers. If the product / USB lead didn't malfunction it would be a fantastic bit of kit! I should also mention that the USB C port on the controller is set quite far back into the controller. If you want to use an alternative usb c lead you'll have to make sure the usb c connector / head is very slim to reach the port. Update: GameSir have continued to ignore my emails so I have downgraded the review to 1 star. I'm contacting Amazon to make them aware of GameSirs behaviour and see if they can help with the issue. Would avoid GameSir at all costs, they do not care about their customers.

L’impugnatura è comoda e ben rifinita, i materiali sembrano solidi e i grilletti con sensori Hall sono una vera chicca: precisi, morbidi e con risposta immediata. Molto comoda la possibilità di personalizzare i pulsanti, stick e trigger tramite l’app GameSir Nexus, che permette anche di salvare diversi profili. Ottima anche la vibrazione (intensa e regolabile) e le due levette posteriori programmabili. La cover frontale è magnetica e intercambiabile, un tocco estetico piacevole per chi ama personalizzare.

There's no drifting. I was playing a game without any drift based settings and it drifted a bunch on 3 controllers and there's many complaints about the game on forums. When you fully push the stick to the edge and do circles with other controllers there's a bumpy feel. The gamesir has no bumps, nice and smooth, very nice. The left and right bumpers a very easy to press. The series x controller bumpers are too hard to press so I bind them to something rarely used in games. The gamesir bumpers are something I can use without fear of tendonitis. The buttons are mushy, good. I hate mechanical buttons they are audible over games and sound terrible, they also don't feel nice to press. The software is good, I can rebind everything so when a stupid game puts dodge on Y instead of B and doesn't provide any control settings, then I can change it in the software. The triggers by default are ultra sensitive, I had to change the range in the software as I kept accidently shooting in game. My complaints, The select button is way to close to the left stick, it's very hard to press compared to series x controller. I can't actually press it naturally without also pressing the left stick button. The only way to press it is moving the hand. It's horrible if map is bound to select and you have to use it often. Lucky there's two back buttons and I use those instead. There's no way to turn off the indicator light which sucks when playing in the dark. The controller colour is white, I like black.
